01 — Services

What we book

Eight categories of commercial work across stills, motion and live. Tell us which one your brief sits in and we'll cast it.

Stills · Motion

Commercial & advertising

Print, out-of-home, digital campaigns and TV commercials. Usage is quoted by territory, term and media before the shoot is confirmed.

Stills

E-commerce & catalogue

High-volume product days for retail and wholesale. Fitted, ghost-mannequin and on-model work, priced by the day.

Stills · Live

Fashion & editorial

Lookbooks, campaigns, magazine editorial, showroom days and catwalk. Fittings are booked and paid separately.

Live

Promotional & events

Exhibitions, trade shows, launches, hosting and brand activations. Uniformed or client-styled, briefed in advance.

Retained

Brand ambassador

Longer retained agreements where one face fronts a brand across a season or a campaign cycle. Exclusivity is priced in.

Stills · Motion

Fitness & sportswear

Performance, gym and athleisure shoots. Movement-capable talent, with athletic history recorded on file.

Stills · Motion

Corporate & lifestyle

Annual reports, websites, stock libraries and internal comms. Real-world casting across ages and body types.

Motion

Film & TV supporting artist

Background and featured supporting artist work placed with production companies and casting directors. Rates and terms are set by the production and confirmed in writing before the booking is accepted.

02 — Licensing

How usage is licensed

A booking fee buys time. It does not buy a face forever. Every job we contract carries a usage licence scoped to three things — where, how long, and on what. That scope is what we quote against, and it is where the value of a booking actually sits.

Schedule 2 — Licence granted PM/UL/0001

Illustrative wording. The licence issued on your job is the one that governs it. Licence granted
03 — Process

How a booking works

Six steps, in this order, every time. No talent is committed and no money moves until the paperwork is signed.

01

Brief

You send dates, location, usage and budget. We tell you the same day whether it's a job we can take.

02

Shortlist

Digitals, measurements and day rates for a shortlist come back within one working day.

03

Option

We hold your chosen talent for 48 hours at no charge while you clear it internally. First option beats second.

04

Confirm

Booking contract, usage licence and call sheet are issued and countersigned. This is where the job becomes real.

05

Shoot

A named contact is reachable for the whole shoot day. Overruns are agreed on the day, in writing.

06

Invoice

Invoiced on wrap, payable in 30 days by bank transfer. Licensed usage begins once the invoice clears.

04 — Representation

Joining the board

We take on a small number of new faces each season. You will never pay us anything — no sign-up fee, no portfolio package, no course. We earn when you earn, and not before.

Applications are by email, and everything goes in one message — the ID first, because we check that before anything else is opened.

  1. Photo ID showing your date of birth. Passport, driving licence or state ID. Cover the document number if you want to — we only need the name and the date of birth.
  2. Your height, measurements and the city you can work from. In the body of the email, not in a document.
  3. Four recent digitals, attached. Head, three-quarter, full length and profile — taken on a phone in daylight against a plain wall. No make-up, no filters, no professional shots needed.
Apply for representation
18+ onlyPhoto ID is required at application and is checked before any image attachment is opened. We do not accept applications from anyone under 18. If your ID shows you are under 18, the email is deleted with the attachments unopened and we do not reply.
What happens to what you send
  • Applications arrive at info@pinkmayhem.co and are handled by the Pink Mayhem representation desk. Access to that mailbox is limited to the people who assess applications.
  • We look at your ID first and confirm your date of birth. Image attachments stay unopened until that is done.
  • Your ID is deleted as soon as it has been checked. We keep only a dated note that it was checked and that you are over 18 — not the document.
  • We handle what you send in order to consider you for representation, because you asked us to. Sending it is your choice and you can change your mind at any point.
  • If we do not take you on, everything you sent is deleted within 30 days. If we do, we keep your details for as long as we represent you.
  • Ask us to delete your application at any time, for any reason, and we will — email info@pinkmayhem.co. You do not have to give a reason.
Full privacy notice
Our terms to you
  • A written representation agreement with a defined term and a clear notice period. You can leave.
  • Every brief in advance. You see the full job description, wardrobe and usage before you say yes.
  • The right to refuse any booking without it affecting your place on the board.
  • Payment within 5 working days of the client's invoice clearing, straight to your account.
  • Your image licensed, never sold. We hold rights only for what was agreed on each job.
  • Minimum age 18. Photo ID required at application.
